BUCKLEY DIGGER CAMSHAFT Although Buckley digger machines were well engineered and finely built in the 1930s they have 3 areas of weakness in them due to pot metal castings which crumble, crack, and break with time. This re-manufactured part solves the issue of the pot metal camshaft. This asssembly was reproduced by casting a new red brass lobe section from a pot-metal original, therefore all lobes are the proper original shape and placement. The brass casting was line-bored to accomodate the new central shaft. Minimal clean-up grinding and/or sanding of the lobe section is all that is needed to finish for installation.
